Identity Verification
Helps confirm identities, document authenticity, biometric matching and liveness, including for applicants from outside the Kingdom.
AET provides a trust layer that strengthens existing government and enterprise services. By connecting identity verification, trusted evidence and risk intelligence across borders, we enable organisations to make informed decisions, while policy and final authority stay with them.
Saudi Arabia has established a strong foundation for digital identity. But as international mobility grows and the security landscape becomes more complex, trust cannot stop at national boundaries. Travellers, investors and applicants arrive with identities, documents and credentials issued across different countries and systems. Establishing confidence in that evidence is no longer simply a matter of efficiency. It is essential to secure, resilient digital services.
Who is this person?
Is the evidence genuine?
Are the rules met?
Can the outcome be trusted?
AET brings identity verification, biometrics, document authentication and compliance checks into a coordinated process. Evidence from different sources can be assessed, consolidated and made available to authorised decision-makers, supporting consistent, traceable decisions across borders and institutions.
AET integrates with existing government and enterprise services, coordinating the verification and risk checks required by each institution's policies. The result is a structured, traceable evidence package that supports informed decisions, while control over the service, policies and final outcome remains with the institution.
Access, reuse and retention are set by applicable law, permissions and the agreement for each use case.
Each capability strengthens the others, so evidence is checked in context rather than in isolation.
Confirms identities, document authenticity, biometric matching and liveness.
Checks supporting and financial documents for authenticity, consistency and their link to the applicant.
Brings relevant screening, adverse signals and fraud indicators into a risk-aware assessment.
Applies your eligibility rules, thresholds, evidence requirements and review routing.
API-first, designed to fit existing platforms and the governance each deployment requires.
Returns a structured evidence package with reasoning, review flags and traceable records.
AET supports verification and decision intelligence. Your government or enterprise organisation keeps formal decision-making authority and human oversight.
Four areas where identity, evidence and risk have to come together before a decision can be made with confidence.
01 · GovernmentGovernment & digital public servicesCross-border identity and eVisa application journeys.
02 · TravelTourism, Hajj & UmrahHigh-volume international travel, eligibility and evidence handling.
03 · InvestmentInvestment & real estatePre-onboarding international investors and buyers, with authorised evidence for later formal processes.
04 · RegulatedFinancial services & regulated journeysConnected due diligence, proof and risk assessment.
High-trust journeys depend on many providers, documents, jurisdictions and rules. AET brings the orchestration and the evidence structure to use the right check, from the right source, in the right context.

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
An existing government or enterprise service starts the applicant journey. AET coordinates the checks, evidence and risk signals your policy requires and brings them into one structured outcome. The journey, the decision rules and the final approval stay with your organisation.
One orchestration and evidence layerSix capabilities work as one layer. Specialist services support each of them, and every result arrives in the same structured, explainable format.
Helps confirm identities, document authenticity, biometric matching and liveness, including for applicants from outside the Kingdom.
Assesses supporting and financial documents for authenticity, consistency and their connection to the identified applicant. Verify, not merely collect.
Brings together relevant screening, adverse signals and fraud indicators, with inputs selected for each market.
Applies your eligibility rules, decision thresholds, evidence requirements and review routing.
API-first, with data handling and deployment defined around the governance each use case requires.
Every journey ends in a structured evidence package: the reasoning, the review flags and a traceable record of every check. The strength of the evidence is shown separately from the outcome, so your reviewers can see why, not only what.
An individual or company enters your existing digital journey and provides evidence and the necessary lawful authorisations.
AET coordinates the relevant identity, document, biometric, financial and risk checks, using appropriate authorised sources.
The evidence is evaluated against your policies and market-specific criteria.
A structured result with supporting findings, evidence confidence and human-review flags returns to your platform.
Your organisation makes the decision. Oversight and formal accountability stay with you. AET never approves or rejects on your behalf.
Checks and sources are configured per journey.
Jurisdictions differ in document formats, financial infrastructure, authoritative records, privacy rules and the availability of consent-based data. AET combines document-led evidence, authorised source checks and direct data routes where available, and selects what is appropriate for each market.
Identity, supporting and financial documents, checked for authenticity, consistency and ownership.
Permitted checks with authoritative or specialist sources, limited to what the verification needs.
Consent-based data connections, where a market supports them.
A genuine document is not, by itself, sufficient.
All five must agree in one reviewable result. External sources contribute limited verification inputs; they do not replace the overall orchestration or your decision framework.
Financial eligibility needs evidence that is identity-backed, authentic and auditable, not only a balance read from a statement. Different markets call for different documentary or consent-based routes.
You set the rules, acceptable evidence, thresholds, escalation and jurisdictional conditions. Confidence in the evidence, shaped by document quality, consistency and missing information, determines whether a case is cleared, referred or declined according to your policy. Move the threshold and see what changes.
Logs record which sources were consulted, which checks ran, what was returned and when.
Integration options are patterns, agreed per use case. AET can be triggered at a chosen step of an applicant's process, without a separate AET application.
AET's proposed architecture supports in-Kingdom processing and customer-governed handling. Some authorised verification checks may need a limited exchange with external sources. Roles, access rights, retention, deployment and any cross-border transfers are established for each use case and agreement.
Our trust principlesEvery sector has its own population, rules and risks. These examples show where the trust layer can help, each one shaped with the organisation responsible for the journey.
Government & eVisaFully configurable. Capabilities can be added, removed or adjusted to each organisation's requirements.
Connected checks and country-specific source strategies can be more practical than assembling and operating several isolated products. A controlled pilot shows whether that holds for your journey, before anything scales.
Indicative. Timing depends on scope, integration readiness and source access.
AET brings identity, evidence and risk checks together behind existing digital services, so government and enterprise organisations can make informed decisions with an auditable evidence record. They keep their policies, their journeys and the final say.
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaUnder the AET Group name, we bring the AET trust and verification proposition to government and enterprise organisations. We work behind existing government and enterprise services, bringing identity, biometrics, documentary and financial evidence, risk intelligence, country-specific verification sources and policy-driven assessment together, so organisations can make their own informed decisions.

As international mobility, security and regulatory environments grow more complex, trusted infrastructure needs an understanding that extends beyond technology. AET benefits from the perspectives of senior international advisors with experience in government leadership, homeland security and international trade.

AET supports evidence gathering, verification, screening orchestration and explained assessment. Your organisation sets its policies, thresholds and lawful decision criteria. Formal decisions and responsibility stay with the competent authority or customer, and uncertain cases go to human review through agreed workflows.
These principles describe our design and governance approach. Registrations and specific compliance arrangements are confirmed for each engagement.
AET strengthens the decision without ever taking ownership of it.
A controlled pilot is how we work with institutions: agreed boundaries first, evidence before expansion.
Objectives, policy boundaries and permissible evidence sources, agreed together.
Data protection and security arrangements, validated before any case runs.
Evidence quality, false referrals, exceptions and operational integration.
Whether and how to expand, decided together on the results.

How AET handles personal data on www.aetgroup.sa, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This website, www.aetgroup.sa, is operated by AET Vertis Company, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“AET”, “we”, “us”). For the personal data described in this policy, AET is the controller under the Personal Data Protection Law, issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 9/2/1443H and amended by Royal Decree No. M/148 dated 5/9/1444H (the “PDPL”), and its Implementing Regulations.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to [email protected].
This policy covers the personal data we handle through this website: when you visit it, when you send a request for a briefing, and when you use Partner Access in the document library. It does not cover the services AET provides to institutions. Those are governed by the agreement with each institution, which sets how personal data is processed in that service.
We collect only what we need:
We do not ask for identity documents or sensitive data through this website. Please do not include them in your message.
We use personal data only for the purposes below, each on a basis the PDPL provides:
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it, and we never sell personal data.
When you send the form, your details travel encrypted to the website service, which delivers them as an email to the AET team’s mailbox, [email protected]. The website service keeps no copy of your request.
To prevent misuse it keeps only counters, your connection as a one-way code that changes daily, and a short coded record that stops the same request being sent twice within an hour. These expire after about a day. Your browser also notes when it sent a request, so that the form can limit repeats; that note stays on your device.
Some of these providers process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred or disclosed outside the Kingdom, we do so only as the PDPL and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom allow, with the safeguards they require, and only as far as necessary.
Requests travel encrypted (HTTPS), the website service keeps no copies of them, and only the people who need personal data have access to it. Should a breach of personal data occur, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, you, as the PDPL provides.
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
To use these rights, write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within 30 days, and tell you if the law allows us more time.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the PDPL. If you live outside the Kingdom, the law of your country may give you further rights; contact us and we will help.
This website is meant for professionals and institutions. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

What this website keeps in your browser, and which services it calls on to work.
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not follow you across other websites. It keeps only what it needs to work: two small notes in your browser, and the technology of the services that deliver the site.
This website sets no cookies of its own. It uses your browser’s local storage for two items, which never leave your device:
| Name | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|
aet-lang | Remembers the language you chose, English or Arabic. | Until you clear it |
aet-briefing-sent | The times at which this browser sent a briefing request, so that the form can limit repeats. It holds no personal details. | Times older than an hour no longer count; kept until you clear it |
To work, the website calls on these services. Your browser connects to them directly, and they receive technical data such as your IP address:
| Service | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website and protects it against attacks. It may set a cookie needed for security. | IP address and technical details of each request |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | The human check on the briefing form. It loads only when you start filling in the form. | IP address and browser characteristics, to tell people from automated traffic |
| cdnjs, provided by Cloudflare | Delivers the code library for the 3D globe. | IP address and browser details |
| Google Fonts | Delivers the typefaces of this website. | IP address and browser details |
Because the website keeps only what it needs to work and to stay secure, it does not ask for consent with a banner. You can clear or block local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website keeps working, but it will no longer remember your language.
More about how we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
If the website starts to use other cookies or storage, we will update this page first, and ask for your consent where it is needed.
